Yulia Kamenskaya

General Director

One of the co-founders of Branan Environment LLC. She oversees all areas of the Company’s operations and serves as the director of the largest projects implemented by Branan Environment in the fields of environmental impact assessment, environmental auditing, training, and development of environmental and social management systems, among others. Yulia Kamenskaya has over 25 years of experience in environmental consulting.

She previously worked at the Department of State Environmental Expertise of the USSR State Committee for Environmental Protection and in major international consulting firms. Under her leadership, Branan Environment grew from a small group of specialists into a multidisciplinary environmental consulting company.

Yulia Kamenskaya has led numerous projects conducted in accordance with the requirements of international financial institutions and corporate ESG standards of major companies across various sectors of the economy in Russia and neighboring countries. She is responsible for quality assurance in the preparation and execution of the Company’s core projects.

Elena Zvereva

Executive Director

One of the co-founders of Branan Environment LLC. Previously worked at major international consulting firms. Elena Zvereva has over 25 years of experience in environmental consulting.

Since the founding of Branan Environment, she has played an active role in shaping and advancing the Company’s dynamic development. Elena has led numerous projects implemented in accordance with the requirements of major corporations and international financial institutions across various sectors of the economy in Russia and neighboring countries.

She manages and participates in the execution of pre-investment assessments for prospective investment projects, evaluating their justification, environmental significance, financial and economic viability, as well as associated risks — whether linked to a specific project or to a company’s broader operations.

Elena is also responsible for quality control throughout the preparation and implementation of Branan Environment’s core projects.

Nikolay Tersky

Development Director

Nikolai Tersky is an environmental expert with many years of professional experience. He is responsible for developing the Company’s growth strategy, managing new projects, and preparing environmental documentation, including ESHIAs and EIAs. His role also includes planning and supporting environmental expert reviews, obtaining environmental permits and approvals, and organizing public consultations.

Nikolai specializes in water resource use and protection, climate change, greenhouse gas management, and sustainable development. He prepares analytical reports and strategic documents in these fields.

Andrey Zhorov

Leading Consultant, Deputy General
Director for Engineering Surveys
for Construction

Andrey Zhorov has been with Branan Environment since 2002. Prior to that, he spent 15 years working in the geological sector. He has extensive experience in Russian state and private organizations engaged in engineering and environmental surveys, environmental mapping, environmental monitoring, baseline studies, and other geoecological research.

At Branan Environment, Andrey is responsible for organizing and conducting baseline environmental studies, site contamination assessments, and remediation planning. He also performs environmental assessments of construction materials, equipment, infrastructure, and underground utilities to identify the presence of asbestos-containing materials, PCBs, petroleum products, and heavy metals. Additionally, he evaluates water use sustainability in accordance with international standards for integrated water resource management.

Andrey holds a postgraduate diploma in Environmental Management, having completed the European Postgraduate Course in Environmental Management in the Netherlands. He is the author of more than 20 scientific publications, including two monographs on the interaction between groundwater and the environment.

Olga Golovina

Administrative Director

At Branan Environment, Olga is responsible for HR management, document control and records management, enforcing workplace discipline, maintaining corporate culture, and creating conditions for the effective functioning of the organization. She oversees project implementation progress, coordinates with the accounting department, and manages collaboration with external consultants.

Olga also supervises the Company’s licensing and certification processes, as well as staff training initiatives. Her determination, respect for colleagues, sense of responsibility, and ability to multitask contribute to the achievement of management goals and the efficient resolution of day-to-day tasks.

She continuously enhances her professional qualifications through specialized training and independent study of thematic literature.

Olga has experience working in large Russian corporations as well as in government institutions abroad.

Kristina Kuznetsova

Accountant

Kristina has over 14 years of professional experience. She continuously improves her qualifications by studying legislative and regulatory documents related to document management, reading specialized literature, and approaching her job responsibilities with diligence and professionalism.

She ensures strict financial control and discipline within the Company.

Mikhail Kamensky

Leading Consultant

Mikhail Kamensky is a specialist with 20 years of experience in the field of environmental consulting. At Branan Environment, he focuses on environmental auditing, site assessments in accordance with ASTM standards, and baseline environmental studies. He has extensive experience in organizing and conducting field investigations, including assessments of soil, surface water, and groundwater contamination at industrial sites.

Mikhail has conducted more than 100 environmental audits of enterprises across a wide range of industries in Russia and neighboring countries — including the automotive, food processing, oil production, mining, chemical, pharmaceutical, and timber sectors. He also has experience auditing the use of asbestos-containing materials and PCBs in buildings and equipment across various industrial facilities.

Mikhail has contributed to the development of Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) documentation in line with international standards for major projects such as Yamal LNG, Arctic LNG 2, Vysotsk LNG, Nord Stream 2, and the reconstruction of the Minsk wastewater treatment plant.

Olga Rayogorodskaya

Senior Consultant

After graduating from university, Olga worked in a physical and chemical research laboratory, and then for over 15 years in international surveying companies, where she handled insurance investigations, claims settlement, and risk assessment — including for large industrial facilities. She joined Branan Environment in 2020.

Olga has participated in environmental risk assessments, environmental surveys, environmental audits, and the development of environmental and social management plans and ESIA materials in accordance with both Russian and international standards. She has prepared analytical reviews of international best practices in waste management and updates to environmental legislation, and contributed to the development of the professional standard “Environmental Auditor.”

Her areas of specialization include Best Available Techniques (BAT) and waste management practices.

Alexander Petrenko

Associate Consultant

Alexander Petrenko is an associate consultant at Branan Environment LLC and an experienced environmental engineer. With over 25 years of experience, he specializes in conducting environmental audits, developing projects for standard permissible emissions (NDV), sanitary protection zones (SPZ), preparing reviews of environmental, occupational, fire and process safety regulations, and environmental and social impact assessments (OVOS and ESIA).

Alexander began his career in 1988 as an engineer and junior researcher at the Institute of Applied Geophysics and the Institute of Global Climate and Ecology of the Russian Academy of Sciences. He earlier held leading engineering and management positions in environmental firms EC firm “Kentavr” and “Design and Survey Bureau”.

At Branan Environment LLC, Alexander gained extensive experience and skills in consulting work, both in accordance with Russian and international standards, in various regions of Russia and neighboring countries. His experience includes working for a wide range of industries, such as metallurgy, mining, manufacturing, oil and gas, engineering, pulp and paper, automotive, chemical, pharmaceutical, food, transportation, construction materials, electronics, and other sectors.

Elizaveta Andriyanova

Consultant

Elizaveta joined the company after graduating from university. Over four years of working in environmental consulting, she has gained experience in conducting environmental audits and baseline studies. She contributes to the preparation of environmental impact assessment (EIA/ESIA) documentation in accordance with both Russian and international standards.

Elizaveta also specializes in conducting social studies, including the organization of public consultations, focus groups, and roundtable discussions. She has experience engaging with representatives of Indigenous Peoples.
