For the international company for the production of soft drinks, dairy products and snacks, under a contract with Arcadis, an assessment was carried out with sampling of materials that may contain asbestos (insulation and roofing materials, decorative and floor coverings, wall and ceiling panels, etc.) at the sites of more than 20 factories in European Russia, the Urals, in Siberia, the Far East, as well as in Georgia and Kyrgyzstan. In total, about 2000 samples were collected and transferred for laboratory research.

Based on the results of the evaluation, the client selected a facility at a production site in the Lipetsk region and implemented a pilot project for the dismantling and disposal of asbestos-containing materials. Consultants of our company participated in preparation and daily supervising of dismantling activities.
