As part of the assessment of the use of PCBs, asbestos-containing materials and water quality, the company’s specialists visited the main production facilities of the Company located in the Ulyanovsk region (Dimitrovgrad), Samara region (Tolyatti), Ryazan region (Skopin); in the Vladimir region (Vyazniki and Kirzhach); in the Penza region (Serdobsk).

The audit included:

• interaction with company specialists during discussions and interviews;
• inspection of the Company’s production sites;
• photographing of audit objects;
• inventory and sampling of asbestos-containing materials used in buildings and equipment at industrial sites;
• inventory of equipment containing PCBs, as well as sampling of transformer oil;
• inspection of water infrastructure, such as water supply systems, cooling towers, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning) and sampling for legionella;
• preparation of a report and recommendations based on the audit results.
