Our Кcompany worked to enter the green bond market for Commercial Real Estate JSC of FPC Garant-Invest. As part of this work, projects for the renovation and modernization of real estate objects (shopping centers) were evaluated.

The main objectives of these projects were:

• Application of energy-saving technologies and implementation of appropriate measures;
• Implementation of integrated waste management solutions;
• РImplementation of wastewater treatment solutions.

Our company has prepared methodological conclusions based on green building standards, green bond principles, the taxonomy of green projects adopted by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1587 of September 21, 2021, and methodological recommendations of the State Development Corporation VEB.RF” on green finance.

The projects were evaluated to identify the qualitative and quantitative environmental impact of the implemented measures. This зconclusion was part of a package of documents that ensured FPC Garant-Invest’s successful entry into the green bond market.
