The Standard for Public Capital of Business (SOCB) was approved by Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 2230 dated 30 December 2025 and became effective on 17 February 2026. The Standard establishes the format of public non-financial reporting and the procedure for verification of an organisation’s compliance with the prescribed indicators, while its application remains voluntary.
