History
Branan Environment was established in 2000 by a team of highly qualified specialists in the field of environmental and management consulting.
The company’s head office is located in Moscow. For 7 years, the company had a project office in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, created to work on the Sakhalin 2 project.
In 2014, Branan Environment became a member of the Inogen Alliance. The Inogen Alliance is a global network of environmental, occupational health, safety and sustainability consulting companies working together to help multinational companies meet their global commitments on a local level. With offices on all continents, more than 5,000 associate consultants worldwide, and numerousprojects in more than 150 countries, the Inogen Alliance provides unparalleled local consulting expertise, global coherence, and 20 years of experience building a cleaner, safer, and more sustainable future.
In 2022, the Branan Environment team joined forces with the Geotochka team, expanding their competencies and areas of application, primarily in the field of marine impact assessment. Branan Environment’s partner in 2023 is Branan Legal, a business legal support company.
In 2024, Branan Asia, which develops environmental and social consulting services in Central Asian countries, joined our company’s partners.
Branan Environment has extensive experience working on projects in various sectors of the Russian economy and a number of other countries (Belarus, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Kyrgyzstan, Georgia, Armenia): in the oil and gas, chemical, woodworking andlogging industries, metallurgy, mechanical engineering and metalworking, food, glass, pharmaceutical, light industry, production of building materials and other industries.
