Branan Environment specialists participated in the preparation of the integrated environmental management and occupational health and safety management system of OJSC “NOVATEK” for certification for compliance with ISO standards requirements.

Within the framework of this work, Branan Environment specialists:

• Developed and delivered seminar programs for specialists of OJSC “NOVATEK” on issues related to the principles, methods, and requirements of a system approach to environmental management and occupational health and safety management in accordance with ISO standards;
• Participated in the preparation of organizational/administrative and other documents regulating the initial stage of work on establishing an integrated management system;
• Developed, jointly with company specialists, normative documents of the integrated environmental management and occupational health and safety management system;
• Participated in piloting the developed documents of the environmental management and occupational safety and health management system;
• Participated and provided methodological support in conducting internal audits of the environmental management system and occupational safety management.

As a result of the work performed, OJSC “NOVATEK” obtained certificates of conformity for the management system of the company’s structural divisions and subsidiaries in the areas of environmental protection, occupational health and safety, and industrial safety to the requirements of international ISO standards, issued by an independent certification body – Bureau Veritas Certification.
