Consultants of our Company developed a package of documents for the environmental and social impact assessment of the project for construction and operation of the vacuum gas oil (VGO) hydrocracking complex as part of JSC “RNPK” – NK “Rosneft” (Ryazan city).

Within the framework of this work, the Company’s consultants prepared a report on gaps and non-compliances of the EIA developed under Russian standards with the requirements of international financial institutions. A report on the ESIA of construction of the new complex as part of the refinery was also prepared in accordance with the requirements of the EBRD and the IFC.

The work included environmental studies at the site and adjacent territories, socio-economic studies in the areas affected by the project, and development of an environmental and social management plan for the construction period.
