Branan Environment developed the section “Environmental Protection Measures Plan” (PMOOS) as part of the power plant construction project based on two gas engine generator sets for the Pokrovsk Integrated Gas Treatment Unit of OJSC “Orenburgneft”.

The section described in detail:

• Natural and climatic characteristics of the project implementation area;
• Results of the environmental impact assessment of the planned facility (impacts on ambient air, on the water basin, determination of the amount of waste and methods of its utilization, impacts on flora and fauna, rational use of land resources and subsoil protection, impacts of noise, vibration, and electromagnetic radiation);
• Industrial environmental control (monitoring) program during operation of the planned facility;
• List of measures to prevent and reduce possible adverse environmental impacts during the operation period.
