Yulia Kamenskaya

General Director

One of the organizers of Branan Environment LLC. He manages all areas of the Company’s activities and is the director of major projects carried out by Bran Environment on environmental impact assessment, environmental audit, training, development of environmental management systems, etc. Yulia Kamenskaya has more than 25 years of experience in environmental consulting.
Previously, she worked in the Department of State Environmental Expertise of the State Committee for Natural Resources of the USSR and in major international consulting companies. Under the leadership of Yulia Kamenskaya, Branan Environment has evolved from a small group of specialists into a multidisciplinary environmental consulting company. Yulia Kamenskaya has managed many projects implemented in accordance with the requirements of international financial institutions and corporate standards of the largest companies in various sectors of the economy in Russia and neighboring countries. It performs quality control during the preparation and execution of the Company’s main projects.

Elena Zvereva

Executive Director

One of the organizers of Branan Environment LLC. Previously, she worked in large international consulting companies. Elena Zvereva has more than 25 years of experience in environmental consulting.
Since its establishment, Branan Environment LLC has been actively involved in the formation and dynamic development of the Company. Elena has managed many projects implemented in accordance with the requirements of the largest companies and international financial institutions in various sectors of the economy in Russia and neighboring countries. It directs and participates in conducting pre-investment research on potential investment projects in terms of their validity, environmental significance, financial and economic viability, as well as risk assessment related to the implementation of potential projects or to the company/enterprise as a whole. Elena performs quality control in the preparation and execution of major projects of Bran Environment LLC.

Nikolay Tersky

Development Director

Nikolay Tersky is an expert in the field of environmental protection with many years of experience. He is responsible for developing the Company’s development strategy, managing new projects, as well as developing environmental documentation, including ESIA and EIA, planning and supporting the process of expert reviews, obtaining environmental approvals and permits, and conducting public discussions. Mykola specializes in the use and protection of water resources, climate change, greenhouse gases and sustainable development, developing analytical reports and strategies in these areas.

Andrey Zhorov

Leading Consultant, Deputy General
Director for Engineering Surveys
for Construction

Andrey Zhorov has been working for Branan Environment since 2002. Prior to that, he worked in the geological industry for 15 years. He has extensive experience working in Russian government and commercial organizations engaged in environmental engineering surveys, environmental mapping, environmental monitoring, background and other geoecological research. In the Company, Andrey is responsible for organizing and conducting background environmental studies, site pollution assessment and territory cleaning, environmental assessment of construction materials, equipment, infrastructure and underground utilities to determine the presence of asbestos-containing materials, PCBs, petroleum products, and heavy metals in their composition as well as for assessing the sustainability of water use in accordance with the international practice of standardization of integrated use of water resources. Andrey Zhorov will receive a diploma in environmental management after completing the one-year European Postgraduate Course in Environmental Management in the Netherlands. He is the author of more than 20 scientific publications, including two monographs on the interaction of groundwater and the environment.

Olga Golovina

Administrative Director

In the company, Olga is responsible for HR issues, office management and document management, discipline control, maintaining the corporate culture and creating conditions for the effective operation of the organization. Monitors the progress of project implementation, the work of the accounting department, and ensures interaction with associated consultants. Olga oversees the Company’s licensing and certification processes and staff training.
Purposefulness, respect for subordinates, responsibility, readiness for multitasking-all this helps to achieve the goals set by the manager and solve current tasks.

Olga constantly improves her professional level by taking specialized courses and studying relevant literature.

He has experience working in large Russian companies and government agencies abroad.

Kristina Kuznetsova

Accountant

Kristina’s total work experience is more than 14 years. She constantly improves her professional level: studies legislative and regulatory documents related to working with documentation, reads specialized literature, and takes her job responsibilities responsibly and seriously. Provides clear financial control and discipline in the Company.

Mikhail Kamensky

Leading Consultant

Mikhail Kamensky is a specialist with 20 years of experience in the field of environmental consulting. Branan Environment specializes in environmental audits, site assessments in accordance with ASTM standards, and background environmental studies. He has extensive experience in organizing and conducting field work, assessing soil, surface and underground water pollution in industrial enterprises.

Mikhail conducted more than 100 audits of enterprises of various industries in the Russian Federation and neighboring countries, such as automotive, food, oil, mining, chemical, pharmaceutical, wood processing, etc. He has experience in conducting audits of the use of asbestos-containing materials and PCBs in buildings and equipment of various production sites.

Mikhail participated in the development of ESIA documents in accordance with international requirements for such projects as Yamal LNG, Arctic LNG 2, Vysotsk LNG, Nord Stream 2, reconstruction of treatment facilities of the Minsk Water Utility, etc.

Olga Rayogorodskaya

Senior Consultant

After graduating from the Institute, Olga worked in the laboratory of physical and chemical research, then for more than 15 years – in international survey companies, investigating insurance cases, settling losses and assessing risks in insurance, including at large production facilities. Joined Branan Environment in 2020. Olga participated in environmental risk assessment and environmental survey, in environmental audits , in the development of management plans and ESIA materials in accordance with Russian and international standards, developed reviews of international waste management practices and updates of environmental legislation, and the professional standard “Ecoauditor”.initialized to best available technologies and waste management issues.

Natalia Averbukh

Legal Adviser

Natalia Averbukh is responsible for legal support of environmental projects and advising clients on compliance with environmental legislation. Its tasks include analysis of regulations, preparation of reviews on updating environmental legislation, development of legal opinions and recommendations, as well as assistance in preparing documentation for obtaining permits and approvals. Natalia is the main supervisor for public discussions for the purpose of conducting an environmental impact assessment.

Elizaveta Andriyanova

Consultant

Elizaveta joined the company after graduating from university, and during four years of working in the field of environmental consulting, she gained experience in conducting environmental audits and background research. Participates in the preparation of environmental impact assessment documents in accordance with Russian and international standards.

Elizabeth also specializes in conducting social research, including organizing public discussions, focus groups, and roundtables. She has experience working with representatives of small indigenous peoples.
